Lake Edge Property deeply cares about the safety and wellness of our guest and our Branson area community. Along with the rest of the nation, we are actively monitoring updates regarding the spread of COVID-19  “Coronavirus” via the Centers of Disease Control CDC and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services. We are taking a proactive approach to ensure our environments are clean and safe. 

At all our condo units, we are intentional about providing clean and safe environments. Working closely with our cleaners, whom we contract with, together we have already enhanced our cleaning procedures. This includes a comprehensive cleaning of the unit upon a guest departure and high touch surfaces including doorknobs, tables, counters, faucets, light switches, etc. We have cleaning products such as bleach, disinfectant spray, hand soap and cleaners available in each unit for guest to use during their stay. 

First, we encourage you to wash your hands frequently and to refrain from simple actions such as shaking hands, touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands. Next, cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue and immediately wash your hands. Finally put a comfortable distance between yourself and others.

We are working hard to be flexible, responsive, and adaptive when it comes to making decisions based on changing circumstances.
