We give you southern charm here in the Ozarks. After all, choosing our Branson vacation condos means you are choosing us. Most importantly, the reason you choose us is we are “Locals”. We live and work in Branson. Not to mention, we own The Landing at Eagles Nest Resort a ClearLake Investment Company (where the indoor amenities are located). Most importantly, we are visible to you during stay!!
First of all, we moved from Memphis, Tn to Branson, Mo 7 years ago because we believe in Branson!! Our daughter, Alexis, attends the local high school and is active in sports. Steve and I, together with our partners, The Stehlins, own The Landing at Eagles Nest Resort. Not only do we build and sell condos but also run a successful vacation rental program. Additionally. we own Baskins Tire and Service Center( a Firestone company) in West Memphis, Ar. As a result of owning a family business, we know how important it is to listen to what you ask, understand your needs and deliver on your request.
To begin with, we purchased our 1st vacation rental condo in 2009 and haven’t stopped. We have been in the vacation rental business for 13 years. We have a proven track record. Because of this, we understand how much your vacation and the details that go into it mean to you. As a matter of fact, we love our town and want to help make the most of your vacation.
