March 1 – March 31, 2025: Daily 10am to 9pm
April 1 – May 8, 2025: Sunday – Wednesday 10am to 6pm; Thursday- Saturday 10am-8pm
May 9 – August 10, 2025: Daily 9:30am to 9:30pm
August 11 – December 31, 2025: Daily 10am to 8pm; ** 8/29-9/2/2025 10am-9pm; **11/7-11/11/2025 10am-9pm

- 3/31/2024 The Clubhouse front entrance will be closed

Clubhouse Rules:
- The hot tub is reserved for persons 18 years old & older ONLY. No exceptions.
- Pool towels are not provided. Please bring your own.
- No diving.
- No running.
- Zero entry outdoor pool entrance can be slick. Use caution when entering the pool.
- No glass containers.
- Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times in all areas of the Clubhouse.
- Consideration for other guests is expected at all times .
- The Clubhouse and its amenities are owned, managed and maintained by Clear Lake Investment.
- Failure to follow these rules may result in eviction from the Clubhouse amenities.
