Rental Policies


1. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. All units are NOT pet friendly.
2. Minimum stays may be required during certain months of the year.
3. All properties are non-smoking(of any type of substance) units. Smoking is permitted ONLY in designated areas(please ask where these are) Anyone found to have been smoking in or around a unit will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund and will be charged a $300 penalty.
4. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am anywhere on the property, including the grounds and parking lots. Excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors may result in law enforcement being called and a noise complaint being issued against the guest, and/or the guest may be asked to vacate with no refund.
5. Some units have designated parking. The resort has informed the host that parking in a spot, other than the one you are assigned, will result in being towed, at renters expense. If your unit requires a parking pass it must be visibly displayed in your vehicle at all times.
6. Please confirm Amenities Hours before booking. They are seasonal and can change at the discretion of Clear Lake Investment(owner of the Clubhouse Amenities). Please bring towels for use at the amenities as they are NOT provided.
8. No one under age 18 is allowed in the hot tub.
9. Late check-outs, without prior authorization, will incur a penalty.
10. There is no daily housekeeping service.
11. No open flames, charcoal grills or burning candles allowed in or around the property.
12. The individual owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or any loss of the guests’ personal property or valuables. that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
